Rail Project Support

Eden Lea Rail has developed a culture and ethos of continuous improvement, which places safety at the heart of our business. Our safety culture helps drive awareness amongst all staff regarding working practices that eliminate complacency.

Working with dedicated in house safety and compliance teams, we can ensure staff are working safely, following robust processes and procedures.

Before any operative begins work they undertake the full induction programme, with sessions that include in-depth briefings, advising them of the company policies and procedures along with those of our clients.

Once working on site, regular briefings are given to all staff to update them on the latest safety issues. In addition, we conduct toolbox talks on site to refresh and update contractors’ knowledge of safe working practices.

The Eden Lea Rail management team are committed to engaging with staff on the ground to promote the safety message and as such carry out regular site visits and hold operative forums to discuss safety.

The management team has invested heavily in a best in class system to manage all aspects of compliance of the workforce, giving clients assurance in the services we provide.
